Elite is now offering Occupational Therapy services, such as splitting, by our Certified Hand Therapy Services at Elite Physical Therapy and Balance Center. Custom elbow, wrist and hand splints are available for custom fabrication along with specialized rehab for shoulder, elbow wrist and hand diagnoses. Diagnoses include tendonitis, trauma, fractures and neural compression injuries. Post operative and conservative management programs are available. Erica Montgomery is a graduate from Eastern Kentucky University and a former Hand Therapy Fellow at the Philadelphia Hand Center. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of upper extremity rehabilitation.
